Hispanics generally feel they are in good health, but are willing and financial able to continue to improve their health through a variety of means.  This includes engaging in regular physical activities, adopting healthier eating habits, and utilizing wellness programs. They are open to exploring new health trends and using technology such as fitness apps and wearable devices to track their progress and stay motivated.
