The Black Fast Food Diner
Blacks are a valuable consumer for fast food restaurants. Not only are they a huge growth market, but increases over the past five years are out-pacing Whites across a wide variety of quick serve categories. In addition, with larger families and more frequent visits, African Americans spend more per visit than their White peers. The fast food industry can't afford to overlook the Black marketplace.
