Black Americans are a valuable and growing dining consumer. More Black Americans than ever before are dining out and growth among a variety of restaurant categories is outpacing that of Whites. In addition, Black Americans tend to average more frequent visits than White Americans and with larger households, that could lead to larger spend over time.
